Elena Felekos
Elena was admitted to the Legal Profession in 2025 after completing a Bachelor of Laws at Deakin University and obtaining her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Leo Cussen Centre for Law.
Prior to studying law, Elena completed a double degree in Criminology and Psychological Science, graduating with distinctions from Deakin University in 2020.
Her academic background reflects her longstanding and ongoing interest in the criminal justice system and has further enhanced her understanding of how social, behavioural and psychological factors can intersect with the legal system.
Elena’s passion for criminal defence law is grounded in a commitment to fiercely protecting individual rights and ensuring that every person is treated fairly and afforded the best possible outcome within the criminal justice system.
Elena regularly appears at the Geelong Magistrates’ Court for all traffic and criminal related matters.
