Ben was admitted as an Australian Lawyer in 2019, following the completion of a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from Deakin University and Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Victoria University. Ben obtained his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law.
Prior to joining Dribbin & Brown Criminal Lawyers, Ben worked as a lawyer at one of Australia’s Largest Banking, Insurance and Finance institutions where he honed his forensic skills conducting a multitude of crash and bash cases in the Magistrates Court.
Ben has also spent considerable time volunteering at community legal centres and has developed a passion for helping clients in difficult situations achieve the best possible outcomes.
Ben takes an empathetic and considered approach with each and every case and he understands how difficult the criminal law system can be for all his clients and loves to bring the fight to the prosecution.
When not in the office, Ben can be found at the Frankston Magistrates Court, representing clients in relation to bail applications, pleas of guilty, pleas of not guilty, contest mentions and case conferences.
